Returns/Refund

1. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please bring your original receipt to prove your purchase from Centra
2. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the items are in their original packaging, resalable condition, and all parts are included. For perishable items such as produce, meat, fresh fish, milk, frozen, ready-to-serve items, and bakery products, returns can only be accepted within 48 hours.
3. Returns or exchanges are not available on the following items:
   A. Products with lost original packaging and accessories.
   B. Final sale and clearance items after 14 days of the purchase date.
   D. Plants, batteries, newspapers, and gift cards.
4. We appreciate your patience and understanding during the return process. We also ask that you treat our employees with respect. Centra Food Market reserves the right to refuse service to customers who do not behave properly and retains the right to pursue legal action.

退换货流程

亲爱的顾客，万嘉超市的全体员工竭诚为您提供最好的服务和最好的货品。如果您对在本超市购买的货品有任何不满意，敬请遵守以下的退货流程，我们很乐意为您退货或换货服务。

1. 在退货之前，请您务必出示在本超市购物的原始收据。
2. 在本超市购买的商品，自出售之日起14天内，客人可凭有效收据及商品原包装及配件到服务台办理退货或换货。基于对食品安全的考虑：新鲜蔬菜，水果，鱼，肉，奶制品，熟食，急冻等冰鮮貨品只提供48小時内的退换服务。
3. 以下商品不在退换范围内
   A,原包装损坏遗失，配件不齐损坏的商品。
   B, 超市出售的特價商品或者购买时间超过14天的商品。
   C, 植物, 电池, 報紙类, 礼品卡
4. 在退货的过程中，请您耐心等待。我们尽量做到让您满意的同时，请您尊重我们的服务人员。对任何有威胁，辱骂，等行为的客人，万嘉超市有权拒绝为其提供服务，并保留对其追究法律责任的权利。
